Mulalo Tshitema is a qualified Geologist, turned property investor, and the co-founder of Bono Property Investment (Pty) Ltd. As an experienced businessman from having started his successful geology consulting business, he is experienced in business development and management.

Born in the small village of Ngovhela in Limpopo, Mulalo comes from humble beginnings that have taught him a lot of valuable lessons about life and that have allowed him to thrive in this business. His passion for property development was sparked, as he recalls when he built a 3-bedroom house for his friend. That experience exposed him to the challenges and opportunities that exist in the property space. Today, he is an award-winning property investor as recognized by the South African Property Investor Network and he leads a company with a fully completed student accommodation development and a few residential apartments under construction.
