Patricia is the co-founder and Director of Bono Properties and Investments. She has extensive experience in project management and leading organizations. As a co-founder, she brings a unique set of skills to the business such as leadership, training, consulting, and project management.

Having also come from humble beginnings, she understands the vision of Bono Property of building sustainable, quality, and affordable properties. As a Director, she not only focuses on bringing return on investment for shareholders but she actively engages with the communities to leave them better than how she found them. When Opal Student Accommodation was launched, she made sure that Bono Properties gets involved in charity work around the community. This is why, on Nelson Mandela Day, Bono Properties went to Naturena primary school for refurbishments and also provided groceries to the residents of Nkosi’s Haven.
